Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Strovak purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy explains your rights and our process.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition: Products must be free of scuffs, dirt, or signs of wear. We recommend trying them on indoors on a carpeted surface.

  • In original packaging: All original shoeboxes, tags, and protective materials must be included.

Note: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on footwear that has been worn outdoors, used on work sites, or visibly altered, unless the item is faulty.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at hello@strovak.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return, Photos if the item is faulty or damaged.

  2. Receive Authorization: We will reply within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Package Your Item: Safely pack the shoes in their original box and place them in an outer shipping bag or box.

  4. Ship it Back: Send the package to our UK returns processing center.

     

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind / Incorrect Size: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked mailing service (such as Royal Mail Tracked), as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective shoe or the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs entirely. Please contact us immediately so we can provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse your postage.

5. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our UK facility, we will send you an email to notify you.

  • We process all refunds within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account.
