Thank you for shopping at Strovak. We are committed to processing and delivering your orders as transparently and efficiently as possible. Below you will find the complete terms that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are handled and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
- Daily Order Cutoff: 2:00 PM GMT. Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations & Transit Times
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom mainland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.
To offer specialised safety footwear at competitive pricing, your order is dispatched from our international fulfilment directly to your address in the United Kingdom.
- Estimated Transit Time: 5 to 9 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 12 business days (1–3 days handling + 5–9 days transit)
Please note: While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives within this timeline, transit times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by external factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasonal volume.
Surcharges or extended delivery times may apply for:
- Scottish Highlands and Islands
- Northern Ireland
- Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey)
- Isle of Man
3. Shipping Costs
We offer FREE shipping on all orders within UK mainland. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. There are no surprise handling fees, shipping costs, or hidden charges added after purchase.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Your order is dispatched from our international fulfilment. The total price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay to Strovak — there are no additional charges from us.
In the unlikely event that customs authorities apply additional import duties or handling fees to your parcel, these will be the responsibility of the recipient. We work closely with our fulfilment partners and carriers to minimise the likelihood of such charges, and based on our experience the vast majority of orders are delivered without any additional fees.
If you receive a request for customs charges from a carrier, please contact us at hello@strovak.co.uk before paying — in most cases we can resolve the matter directly with the carrier.
5. Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send an automated email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your package through the carrier's portal. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update after dispatch.
6. Address Amendments and Order Cancellations
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please email us at hello@strovak.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an item has left our warehouse and entered transit, we cannot modify or cancel the shipment. You may still return the item under our standard Returns Policy once it arrives.
7. Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel does not arrive within 14 working days of order confirmation, please contact us at hello@strovak.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging before opening
- Take photos of the damaged product
- Email us at hello@strovak.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt
